2. Responsible for the technical transformation, process design, production assembly, function commissioning and performance testing of new products from R&D to mass production
3. Responsible for preparing operation instructions and technical specifications
4. Responsible for the statistical analysis of product data, continuous design optimization and improvement of online product production process

Job requirements

1. College degree or above, major in optics, physics and optical communication
2. Familiar with the working principle, production process and performance index of fiber array and MT-FA
3. More than two years of relevant product engineering or production experience, able to independently complete product process engineering production, and relevant production fixture design
4. Have certain English reading and writing skills, and be able to read English reports and technical documents

job requirements

1. Graduated from a major in mechanical manufacturing/mechanical engineering, preferably with a bachelor's degree
2. More than three years of experience in product structure design, preferably with small precision parts or precision fixture design experience
3. Proficient in common mechanical processing equipment and processes Familiar with common hardware and plastic materials and performance characteristics Familiar with structural design of hardware and plastic parts
4. Familiar with factory automation components, pneumatic and electrical control
5. Familiar with tolerance fit and measurement technology Drawing specification
6. Good communication and coordination ability
7. Skilled operation of Solidworks/CAD/PROE
