1. PCN: Product Change Notification
Important changes to the product may affect the specifications, functions, appearance, quality, or reliability of the finished product, that is, changes that no longer meet the company's specifications or customer specifications. Important changes need to be approved by the customer before they can be officially implemented.
Important changes to a PCN include but are not limited to the following:
changes will affect product specifications (e.g. externaldimensions, tolerances, interfaces, etc.)
changes will affect the functionality of the product
changes will affect product reliability
changes will affect the appearance of the finished product (e.gcolor, logo, surface quality, etc.)
the purpose ofthe change will involve a change in thecompany's P ' N for the same product
clients have special requirements for change management orprojects signed in PCN quality agreement
2. PCN integrity requirements (including but not limited to the following):
PCN document number, release date
Clear reason for change
Clear change impact and clarification
Effective date of change
Affected Product List
Identification and reporting of changed data
Date of change sample available
Last order, shipping date, and final order additional terms
Customer feedback channels and messages

4. management requirements for product PCN sending and receiving and confirmation
5. other terms or customer requirements
