With effect from September 25, 2018,
VLINK Optics Corporation has been acquired by Advanced Fiber Resources
(Zhuhai) Ltd. (AFR), a china public company (stock code：300620).
After being acquired, VLINK Optics will
keep original management organization and key technology team, marketing
strategy, operation location and contact windows. Supported by capital
and technology and management platform from AFR, VLINK can expedite
improvement of the capability on operation and management, new products
developing, technical support, quality assurance and provide customers
better services.
